How to tell if your chauffeur company is the real deal
As we discussed in a previous post, providing nationwide cover for your travel needs is a vital part of any chauffeur company’s service. However, there may be many other features and benefits that simply can’t be matched by other chauffeur companies. So the important question is: how can you tell if your chauffeur company is the real deal?
With so many companies out there supposedly offering a premium, luxury chauffeur service, sometimes it is difficult to figure out who’s making it, and who’s faking it. To find out, we’d suggest you ask them the following questions.
How long have they been in business?
How long have they been trading? Have they been around long enough to truly understand the market and provide a first class service?
How many drivers do they have?
There may come a time when you need to hire more than one driver from the same company. It’s therefore really important to know that if you need more than one driver for a job,
additional drivers will be available.
What cars do they have?
What cars are available in their fleet? What facilities and features do each car offer? Do they have access to special types of vehicles on request – such as a Rolls Royce Phantom – for something a little different?
Do the cars have WiFi as standard?
It’s important to be connected on the go, not only from a business perspective but also from a recreational perspective. We have come to expect to be connected to the internet wherever we go, and travelling in a chauffeur driven car should be no different.
How responsive are they?
How quickly do they respond to your enquiry? Can they be contacted 24/7? Are they helpful and happy to give advice? For a service such as this, it’s really important that you build a trusted relationship, especially if you are going to be a frequent customer.
What about confidentiality?
A major part of building a trusted relationship is confidentiality. You need to have peace of mind, knowing that information about your company and your travel arrangements is held in the strictest confidence.
What do existing customers say?
What do their existing customers say about them? Where do they say it? Are customer testimonials easily visible on their site or in other locations on the web? What customers say about a product or service gives an insight into the way that company does business and conducts itself.
