Cachet Cars Ltd respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website or make a booking with us.

All our drivers, along with our trusted associate operators sign a confidentiality agreement which prevents them discussing anything about passengers, accounts and journeys undertaken etc.  They have each been fully reminded of their individual obligations to never to disclose anything outside of the vehicles. Furthermore, they all continue to follow the correct and appropriate process to destroy client data once the booking process and journey has been completed.

As far as our business is concerned we are legally bound to hold client’s information for their travel by our licensing council (Huntingdon District Council) for no less than 6 months.  HMRC however request that we hold all transactional history for a period of 6 years.


All data held and stored by Cachet Cars Ltd is stored on fully encrypted systems and networks, using the latest encryption technologies available.  Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

If you are a current customer or a website visitor we will process some personal information such as your contact details email address, telephone number and postal address, if you use our services.  

On occasions, we may gather information about your computer for our services and to provide statistical information regarding the use of our website to our advertisers.
