Terms and Conditions
- Cachet Cars request a minimum of 24 hours notice for online bookings.
- For Cars required with less than 24 hours notice call our help-line: +44 (0)1223 655314.
- Our drivers always plan to be punctual but we are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Drivers will always drive at safe speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
- Clients will be held responsible for all damage they cause to vehicles either inside or out and be invoiced accordingly for any repair or valeting required.
- We reserve the right to occasionally provide subcontracted vehicles as and when required.
- By supplying an email address you permit Cachet Cars Ltd to periodically contact you via this method although we undertake not to supply any details to third parties.
- Any journey variation to an agreed booking details will be charged for in accordance with the published price list on our website.
- We reserve the right to change your vehicle at any time if necessary.
- Our drivers will travel by the most appropriate route unless instructed otherwise by the client at the time of booking.
- All Cachet Cars vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer's property is carried entirely at their own risk and the Company will not be held responsible or liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- Cachet Cars will keep all lost property at their office and will endeavour to return it in a timely fashion although this may involve additional charges depending on circumstances.
- All Cachet Cars representatives have the right to refuse to transport any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and who's behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.
- It is against the law to smoke in any of our vehicles.
- All Bank holidays bookings will carry a 40% surcharge.
- Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client's' statutory rights.
